The Big Task
You will promote customer satisfaction by assisting customers who contact us with a request for service, converting those calls into booked appointments and building a long-lasting rapport.
Key Sub Tasks
- Facilitate communications with customers via various methods of contact provided including telephone (primary), email, or instant message through certain platforms.
- Learn and utilize the call scripts in order to maintain guided control of the conversation. Be authentic when speaking with customers and respond to their situations with empathy.
- Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
- Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the dispatcher and/or technicians in the field.
- Record and report the service calls. Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Assist in administrative duties such as keeping records, sending and receiving correspondence, scheduling, following up with customers, etc.
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Prior experience in the home service industry or knowledge of plumbing/HVAC is a plus.
